Absolutely fantastic barbecue! I stopped by Brickyard and was completely blown away. The meats are perfectly smoked—the brisket and pulled pork were incredibly tender and flavorful. You also can't go wrong with their smoked wings and a side of their famous cornbread. They have a great beer selection, friendly service, and a really fun, laid-back atmosphere. Highly recommend if you're craving authentic, hearty BBQ!
Sat at the bar and had some food and a beer. Atmosphere overall is great, exactly the vibe we love. We didnt like sitting at the bar though, as there is a giant gold bar railing in between the seat and the bar. Super uncomfortable and difficult to eat my food, as I had to lean way in to not drop food through the large openings onto my clothes. Bartender was friendly and attentive enough. Beer was ok, cold and clean taps though. Food was meh. My husband enjoyed the wings (decent relative to the Buffalo area, but not number one). I had st. louis ribs, mac and cheese, cajun corn, corn bread, and applesauce. Ribs were dry but okay flavor, mac and cheese kind of tasted like cheez-whiz smothered on overcooked elbows, corn was hard and dry, and cornbread was bland and dry. Also not impressed w
Environment was cool, place was packed on the Monday we went. The menu has a long list of options. The servers and greeters are great, and the food was amazing! We will be back.
I'm not usually one to complain or make reviews rarely. But the food experience here was one of the worst I've had in a long time. Every meat option I got was dry, flavor was just okay. But you couldn't tell with how dry the meat was. Ribs were so dry at times I couldn't tell if I was eating ribs or jerky. My wife's chicken was bland and also extremely dry. The best part of my meal was the sweet potatoe fries and the baked beans. Other wise I wasn't a fan. I don't know if I'd come back here again.
We had a concert to attend later in the evening, so we arrived in town early and stopped here for a bite beforehand. The food was good overall. Being from Texas, we might be a little spoiled when it comes to BBQ, but the sliced brisket was still quite good. Not the absolute best we’ve ever had, but we keep a pretty high bar 😂. The salad was fresh and wholesome, and we’d definitely come back to try more of the menu if we could. We arrived around 4:30 p.m. on a Sunday and the place was already nearly full. Thankfully, we were seated right away, but by the time we left about an hour later, there was a 30–45 minute wait. I’d recommend arriving early or planning extra time if you want a table. Parking is paid street parking, and while available, it can be somewhat limited close by.
