Brick Wood Fired Bistro

The Brick offers a nice dining option for a nice night out. I absolutely loved the ambience of the restaurant. They had a decent mixed menu of sandwiches, pizzas, and entrees. I wasn’t super impressed with the service. I ordered a steak that was $50 and no one ever asked how my dinner was. The steak came out over cooked. I would have gave this feedback if anyone working cared to asked. The staff was very attentive to their friends and regulars at the bar, but didn’t not seem to give that same service to me. Overall, for the area, it’s a good choice and I will probably give them a second shot to see how they do.

Makayla created a welcoming, fun experience for our meal. The new steak menu is fabulous. And the sweet potatoes are like candy!! We also enjoyed the crab dip with pretzel bread. What a mouthful of delicious!! We usually come for brunch but the new menu additions enticed us in for dinner. A restaurant not to be missed at any meal. Our dessert just arrived (photo). The butter cake has gotten better and better.

I visited twice during my week long visit to Prince Frederick. Both times were fantastic, but the second time I got to try several things recommended by Seth. Everything was delicious. I can’t wait to visit again!

We really enjoyed thefood and Mason was a solid, attentive server! The Beets B J salad stole the show with perfectly breaded goat cheese medallions, blood red oranges and beets. The White House pizza was very, very tasty. The prices for the salad were more than fair for the size and quality. The pizza was also extremely reasonable given the food quality and service. The staff members at the host stand were also super cheerful and genuinely friendlyl.

Makayla was our server/bartender, and it was amazing service. The service was on point with every step. Our water was filled and drink orders were taken and delivered in a timely manner. Refills were on time aswell. As long as Makayla work at the establishment I will be a loyal customer. No service tops Makayla’s. She deserves a raise and or promotion!!!!
