I only wish I lived closer—this bakery is absolutely amazing! For my baby shower, a friend made the trip all the way down to South Florida with a cake, sugar cookies, and a few specialty cookies from here, and I couldn’t have been happier. Everything looked beautiful and tasted even better. The sugar cookies were decorated with such care and detail, and the peach cobbler and banana cream pie cookies were out of this world. You can tell the staff are truly skilled at what they do. Highly recommend!

This is a must visit place in quitman! We tried several cookies & loved all of them. I’m excited to try more of their seasonal flavors. The vanilla scone, key lime cupcake & coffee cake cupcake were fantastic. My dad said the salted caramel cookie was “scrumptious”. The Reese’s cookie was still warm & the best peanut butter cookie I’ve ever had. The pecan pie cookie & pecan chocolate chip cookies were also a big hit! They also sold sugar cookie painting kits for kids which was a fun activity for my son. Was told they have the best lattes so will try that next time! Can’t recommend enough!

The shop is warm, cheerful, and full of that small-town magic that makes Quitman so special. The folks working there are always smiling, friendly, and full of good energy — it feels more like visiting friends than shopping. I’ve honestly never had a single thing from Bri that I didn’t absolutely love. And now that she’s added pastries to the menu? Oh my goodness! The chocolate croissant is downright heavenly, flaky, rich, and so good! I’d probably fight somebody for the last one. 🥊😄 This little bakery is a true gem in Quitman, Georgia. Bri from Bri Cookie Creations & Bakery, bakes cookies and cupcakes with a real passion for making delicious treats. The hospitality in the store is warm, friendly and altogether pleasant, representing the small town charm that is Quitman. If you are overwhelmed with choice, and you probably will be, trust me on the salted caramels. They are all incredible, but this one is simply the best. Ultimately, if you are travelling near Valdosta or Thomasville, make the effort and go there. You will not be sorry, she wasn't featured on Food Network for nothing!
