If you enjoy quality coffee, tea, and sandwiches, this place is a must-visit! First time going here (free street parking) & we beat the lunchtime crowd (only 3 other people in the shop) so we ordered soon after we got in. My husband got a large hot chai tea, smoked gouda chicken biscuit (weekly special) with well-done egg added on, and Brookie (marble brownie). I got an iced Orange Dreamsicle and lemon blueberry loaf. Total with generous tip for the To Go order was about $36. The wait time was about 10 minutes for everything, including the chicken biscuit, and the staff were all friendly and polite. Cute little shop, nice outdoor lake view, good amount of indoor seating. Coffee is good, the baked goods were excellent. The muffin was incredibly moist. Would definitely return!

I travel 30 minutes at least 2x/wk to get Brew. Easily one of my top 3 favorite cafes in the area. They are always coming up with new weekly rotations for various beverages and food; each item is delicious in its own way. I have never had anything here that I did not enjoy, and there is something for everyone (even those dairy free). The location itself is great, with lots of safe space for kids and pups to roam around. Super cute and clean shop with great customer service. High recommend!

I didn't give this place 5 stars only because I thought the price of the drinks was very high. I had a large (20oz) oatmilk chai with one shot of expresso and it was almost $11. The atmosphere itself is great, as well as the surrounding area. A fun place to walk around or sit and watch the beautiful fountains in the water. There is a spa, store and other places in the same area, together with a bistro around the corner. Very cool vibe all and all, just a tad expensive on the drinks...

Brew is a fantastic coffee shop located in Venetian Bay Town Center, New Smyrna Beach. The atmosphere is modern and inviting, and their lattes are simply outstanding. I always appreciate the quick and friendly service. Highly recommended!
