After Body Meals NSB

This place is absolutely amazing from food to staff to owners! My family and I have been frequent consumers of After body meals for a long time and love the meals. Healthy, tasty and perfect portions. We have all actually lost weight and slimmed down when we made the choice to have planned macro counted meals and change how we ate, but couldn’t make the time to meal prep. So made the choice and tried After body with success. We tried many other companies to only find that their macros were incorrect and high in fat, meals were also lacking variety and taste. After body meals have been Affordable, we spent way more at fast foods and quick grab places that were unhealthy. You will pay more at places like Chick-fil-A for a meal. Highly recommend!!!!

Always a good experience when I stop in, everyone is so friendly and helpful. I also like the variety of meal options to choose from.

If you are trying to eat healthy or are just looking for a great meal . This is your place . Hidden on the causeway but worth looking for . I got 5 meals and all of the. Were excellent. They were tasty and very filling . I actually used one meal for the entire day.

I don't know what took me so long to try this place but I'm so glad I did! The food is incredible, fairly priced, and healthy without tasting like "health food". Highly recommend
