Breadsmith of Whitefish Bay

Breadsmith is a great, fresh bakery offering lots of options that change daily. We love getting their seasonal bread and daily specials. However, there have been multiple occasions recently where I have ordered their Chocolate sourdough (really delicious) on their mobile app for pickup on Saturday morning, and when I get to the store they don’t have it. This is a little frustrating as it’s only offered on Saturday and confusing why the app accepts the order if they don’t have it available.

When I saw the review from a person who said there was mold on the bread after 2 days I said YES! YES! YES! FINALLY REAL BREAD! I'm afraid to eat regular store bought bread that doesnt spoil because of all the chemical preservatives and dough conditioners that are nothing to me but poison to our bodies. I CAN'T WAIT TO VISIT THIS BAKERY!

Apple pie bread was so good. The cookies weren't as good as they use to be. We were there 45 min before closing. We were amazed at the waste, understand not being able to donate due to allergies, but maybe a day old table for the next day.

I love Bread Smith bread and shop there weekly, but I am recently concerned about cleanliness. Wondering if the manager is out of town?

The addition of fresh baked cookies only enhances the wonderful selection of products they have. I consider it some of the best baked bread around. I have been going to Bread Smith's for years and always get fresh baked bread that is delicious. Highly recommended.
