I love Vic, very kind and sweet. This location is the BEST location. I've never had a bad sandwich EVER from here, I've never had bad service here EVER. Always a vibe when I visit, I love y'all over there! Oh and the cooks are awesome, they listen and deliver just what you ask for whether plain or super extra.

Vic has been the best hard working, understanding, quick and polite employee here for eons! Throughout the crazy years and changes; has been a stalwart in my community... food's great, as any place I frequent must be, there's just more to loyalty than that, for me. Vic! Vic is that reason ❤️

Everyone was friendly and “new ownership” came up with a couple of my questions. Their phone system is AI and works really good. I was excited to eat. But when I got home the Rueben’s were nothing like they’ve always been. The portion seems half the corned beef. I got the large which is usually 9oz but apparently it ain’t large anymore. The corn beef was bland and the dressing was too sweet. Unfortunately, I’ll be taking Bread Basket off my list. End of an era. B

I went yesterday and the sandwich is totally different. Thick onion roll (previously flat) with less meat.... a lot less meat. Ownership must have changed. I have been going here for the last 15 years. Don't switch up now! I won't be back. It's an insult to your frequent clients that you think we won't notice. You had a good thing going but greed won.

Dry dry dry. Worst in the city. Since new mgmt took over Redford location, quality of food has gone down. A pickle slice in not even included with corned beef or now. Prices have also increased. Automated AI answers the phone now. Can't even get a real person anymore. Threw half of my $30 sandwich away.
