Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

I can’t tell u how disappointing it is every single time I come to this store it’s beyond ridiculous at this point braums has been going down hill these last couple years and I don’t put the blame on the employees it’s the management Fault I used to be a night manager 5 years ago and let me tell you not of my staff would do low service for what we would sell

I love visiting Braum’s when assistant manager Lydia is there. The store is clean, the service is fast, and she goes above and beyond to help each customer. She always shows professionalism, respect, integrity, diligence, excellent communication, hospitality, and customer service. She knows the menu! When I’m unsure what to order, she always has great recommendations. Not everyone might notice your work, but God does. Your life will always impact someone or make them feel confident about themselves. I now love going to Braum’s, because of her professionalism.

My husband and I visited the ice cream shop at about 9:30pm. They were still open and the service was amazing. There were 2 girls eager and happy to serve us. They were friendly and kind. Our ice cream was delicious! Thank you for a nice dessert!

The Manager, Natalie, was very friendly. I also noticed the kindness she showed to her young employees. The store is very clean. The Strawberry Poppyseed Chicken Salad was fresh, loaded with strawberries, blueberries and pineapple, along with a very tender chicken...delicious! The next time we are traveling through Guymon, we will definitely stop and eat there again.

Absolutely FILTHY. TERRIBLE customer service, couldn't be bothered to either stock the store or let staff know they were out of basic items. Literally filth on every table, seat, and surface. Honestly this is the second time ever we've stepped foot in this chain and both locations were filthy and horrible. I'm guessing this is a chain that can be skipped.
