Apache Trace Apartments

Thank you to Misty for expediting my move in. My 1 bedroom apartment is wonderful,spacious and clean. Thank you also to Robbie for fixing the heater so quickly while we were in the middle of an epic storm. Robbie also took my garage out as he finished that repair. I’ve been treated so well and highly recommended visiting the apartment complex if you are looking to rent.

I currently reside at this apartment community. After submitting a request for a washer and dryer the maintenance crew had it installed and working within a week. I also had an issue with my heating unit in my apartment. I put in a work order request and the very next day had my heating unit fixed. I want to thank the maintenance team for fixing the problem quickly and professionally. If you’re looking for a place to stay that is reasonably priced then this is one of the top spots in Guymon.

So helpful , kind and courteous from the time we came to look at apartments to filling out the applications and all of the move in process. Just made it peaceful in a situation that was already stressful . So appreciative of the staff at Apache trace and we love our apartment .

I want to leave this review for Robbie. There are a few things in my apartment that were not working properly, and after letting the apartment administrator know, Robbie, the person in charge of apartment maintenance, came over and helped fix the towel hanger in my bathroom in a few minutes. He is fast, polite, and efficient. Thanks, Robbie.
