Braum's Ice Cream & Dairy Store

📍 Braum’s 🗓️ February 25, 2026 ⭐️ (1/5) This visit was extremely disappointing 😕. The store was dirty 🧼❌, the ice machine wasn’t working 🧊🚫, and customer service was practically nonexistent. We stood at the ice cream counter for about 10 minutes ⏳ while 4–5 employees stood in a group conversation, clearly more interested in talking with each other than helping customers. No greeting. No acknowledgment. Lots of avoiding eye contact 🙈. At one point, one employee even said, “Oh, I don’t even belong at the ice cream counter — I work in the kitchen.” That may be true, but customers standing there for 10 minutes should still be acknowledged or helped. I love going to Braum's. Always friendly and I probably need an intervention. I can't get enough of the holiday flavor milkshakes.

The two people i dealt with this day, in the drive-thru had the most amazing customer service I've experienced in a while. We got 3 bags of burgers and all 15 were so good. At least my 2 were.

Ive never been to a braums this stingy with fries. They put like 15 fries in your chicken dinner and call it a day, even if you specifically ask for a large fry instead. Jesus Christ how hard is it to put more than 10 fries in a dinner. This isnt a one off occurrence, otherwise Id assume its a coincidence. This has been rhe past 20 orders in a row. Ive literally never had this issue at any braums besides this one

I order a banana split.. little did I know, It would include HAIR, AND ICE CREAM CONE.. Not 1 person working were using gloves but their bare hands and no one had a hair net. You have someone makimg ice cream with random hair falling in peoples stuff.You definitely lost me! Very UNSANITARY AND DISGUSTING!!!!
