4th time we've had lunch, most recently this afternoon. Cant say enough about food prep, presentation, and taste. Lunch specials vary from light to regular entres. Menu provides enough to suit most palates. Very clean and quiet with many seating options.

I pick a Italian Restaurant in this area Califone. NJ . Great area. I wanted to STAY !!! I ordered a calii cheeseburger mayo ketchup 🍅 Tomatoes. . Wow JUST WOW!! THE BEST TASTING CHEESEBURGER IN THE WORLD. BETTER THEN MY SPOT IN MONTCLAIR NJ .. THE STAFF IS EXCELLENT I NEVER FELT UNCOMFORTABLE HERE. I.WAS TREATED LIKE FAMILY . THANK YOU OSCAR AND ALL STAFF. FOR MAKING MY DAY .. ALSI ,TRUST ME U WONT FORGOT ABOUT THIER CHEESEBURGER ITS SO WIRDS CAN NOT DESCRIBE HOW GREAT THIS BURGER IS. i have to say it my number 1 pick I. What a delightful young man Ari is! He made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal. The service was excellent, thanks to Ari, and the food was delicious and beautifully presented. I highly recommend this lovely family-owned restaurant.

We love supporting local businesses, so we were excited to try Brasserie 513 for the first time. We did a take out order, and while the food wasn't what I would consider "outstanding," it definitely warranted a return visit. The folks there were super nice and the dining room (which I only saw for a few minutes when I picked up my order) looked very comfortable.

We just moved to Califon and this is the first place we tried. Hit right on the spot! Their Spinach ravioli and Vegetable Dish Pasta is a must try! Their wine selection is amazing too! Would highly recommend trying the place and will definitely visit again and again! Bonus: they have gluten-free capellini tasted just like pasta without an aftertaste!
