Great place. Atmosphere was great! Watching the football game. The waiter was great made sure everything was okay. I would come back! The food was very good

Hey, I’d like to think the manager Byron, who actually called me because there was an issue with my bill completely took care of the situation. No questions asked !! He was absolutely wonderful. Just a great guy. Great customer service. Definitely went above and beyond to fix the issue I had last time just an absolutely wonderful general manager and just great how he runs the place! Great atmosphere great servers just a great place to eat thanks guys

Amazing value! Lunch special burger was wonderful, but don’t upgrade the fries (it is not worth it). - Cheddar & Bacon Burger: Heartier, steak-like flavor. HIGHLY recommend it. Ordered medium, but it was closer to medium well done. That said, it was still plenty juicy and not really overcooked. I am now officially a fan of this style burger. AWESOME! The toppings were spot on and I didn’t need to alter or add anything. The cheddar was better than I expected (I usually prefer American Cheese) and the bacon was done right. Usually restaurants will have full length strips that hang way out, which looks amazing, but unrealistic to eat. But Brann’s just puts it on evenly and with the right portions. We ordered 2 New York strips in a combo meal. One was cooked medium and the other mid well. Both of our steaks came back medium rare. We sent them back and they looked like they hadn't even put them on the grill at all. We didn't want to send them back again. I asked for some boxes and told our server Ella, about our steaks. She immediately got an manager and they took off our New York strips completely! Then offered is free desert!! It was my birthday so I took there offer for desert! Our server, Ella, was so sweet, attentive, and very apologetic! She told me she's only been serving for 2 months, and I couldn't believe it! She was a wonderful server!
