Bowlology

We put in an UberEats pickup order and my husband went into the location and when he let the male employee know he was there for a pickup order, he said it would be a couple minutes. 15 minutes later after seeing 3 other customers get their food when it said our order was ready since he arrived, he went to the counter again and a female employee pulled the already prepared food out of their fridge and just said here you go. Not good service at all, pretty disappointed.

Açaí bowls are not created equal. Bowlology is near the top of the pack. The proportions are spot on. Some places don’t have enough toppings. Not here. The fruit always seems fresh and looks great. The açaí is not too sweet and has a good consistency. There are plenty of bowl options/combinations here unlike some places that focus on juices but also serve açaí. Worth going here if you want açaí because that’s what they focus on. They aren’t cheap but I suppose they’re on par with most other places. Couple regular bowls and a smoothie is almost 40 bucks. Next time I’ll split a large bowl with my lady and it should be plenty. Staff were fine. Young gals, nice enough. They have outdoor seating but if the chairs aren’t out just ask and they’ll let you take some from inside. Pretty big store

5 star food. Hearty bowls for the price Atmosphere- I would’ve liked some islander music and not R & B radio while eating. Service- Table-side service is nice. -1 star for being asked if I’m ready to order when I’m standing closer to the exit than the register. I felt rushed.

I got the Makai bowl, I paid EXTRA for bee pollen and peanut butter on top, when she handed me my bowl I didn’t notice until after I had left that she didn’t add any of those toppings! The Makai bowl itself is $13, I paid $16.26 so I know I was charged extra for them. What a scam

Overpriced, and HORRIBLE service. The bowls and smoothies are good, but if you go when it's crowded, expect to wait 30 minutes. We placed an order over the phone, but when we arrived, there was only 1 person working and a very long line. The singular employee was taking an order and then making it immediately after, so it took about 5 - 7 minutes in between orders, and no line for pick up only. Finally, we asked if we could just pay and pick up the smoothies that were already sitting on the counter, and the employee had a serious attitude. We understand understaffing issues but least be nice!!! 2 regular bowls and a smoothie were $37. Not worth it.
