Bourbon Steak by Michael Mina

We had an amazing experience at Bourbon Steak Delray. We chose the Dinner Is the Show menu and WOW. We enjoyed every single plate from start to finish. It all began with the fries (yes, the fries!),a courtesy from the house. Crispy, flavorful, and absolutely addictive. Our first course was the tuna tartare, which was incredibly fresh, soft, and full of delicious flavor—perfect as a starter. Next was the lobster pot pie, and it was simply outstanding. Smooth, rich, and comforting, with a sauce that was truly to die for. Then came the main event: the 22oz ribeye, perfectly cooked, incredibly tender, and topped with a bourbon and rosemary sauce that made it even more delicious. After blindly researching best steak in Delray we ended up trying out Bourbon Steak. The instant we walked in we were greeted and seated with immediate waters and menus. A crew of staff visited our table to keep drinks refreshed, wine poured and plates removed. The entire staff was friendly on each visit. We got convinced to try the Wagyu and with a perfect rare cook we bite into each bite as it melted in our mouth. Excellent steak that moved us on to an amazing dessert. We did our research and landed here and it lived up to expectations.

While my girlfriend and I were visiting Delray on vacation from our home in Boston, we dined with Bourbon Steak and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Our waitress, Caroline, went above and beyond our expectations to guide us in the right direction with every one of our courses. We started with the truffle bread (must get) and the wedge salad- both of which were fantastic. The bread is to die for. Both of us ordered an 8oz filet mignon, and both of the steaks were cooked to perfection. I prefer a wall-wall medium rare while my girlfriend prefers more of a hot pink center medium. If you’re particular about your meats, you’ll definitely be a fan of their menu. We also ordered sides of loaded baked potato, brussel sprouts, and broccoli. Located in the Seagate Hotel. Delray is very fortunate have resturants like this! This will sit in my top 10 resturants visited! The service was some of the best I've had. We went for my birthday and there was a card waiting at the table with signatures from all the staff. Atmosphere was very lively and relaxing. We ordered the Seabass, highly recommend, and the Australian Waygu which melted in my mouth. The Roasted Broccoli paired very well with our main course. They bring you 3 types of flavored fries with sauce, compliments of Chef..so good! Don't fill up before desert, I hear the Strawberry Cheesecake is a must! Highly recommend and will visit again.

Went here in August and the food was absolutely incredible. Every dish we tried was amazing, from the french fry trio to dessert. The truffle bread appetizer was breathtaking. The steaks were cooked perfectly—extremely tender with barely any fat. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese were delicious. To top it off, before we left, they even gave us bags of popcorn, which was a very tasty treat. Highly recommend!
