Worst library in Bossier parish! African American Lady with glasses behind the counter is not friendly. She acts like you’re bothering her when you ask for assistance. Lighting over computers is drab. Chatting amongst employees is loud and distracting. You’re only allowed to use the computer for 2 hours even though no one is waiting to use them.

This is such an amazing little library. Even though it's small, they always have what I'm looking for. If they don't have something that I'm looking for, by the next day it will be there if I request it! They totally accommodate all of my needs. I'm so grateful for the librarians here. They always have such great activities too!!

Overall I really like this little library. It serves its purpose and is close to my home. The only warning I give to patrons is if you go there and owe any money for a missing book MAKE SURE THEY APPLY THE MONEY TO THE CORRECT BOOK! One of the librarians applied money to the wrong book and when I returned the book I was informed the money was applied to the book I found and not to the book I knew was lost. Because I did not pay attention to my receipt and trusted the librarian to do the right thing, I ended up being charged another $5 and they gave me back the book I returned. I was very upset because the librarian that screwed up never once apologized and just stared at me. I'm sure no education will happen, but overall learned my lesson and will ask for another librarian in the future wi

One of our favorite places to visit each week! Kind & helpful staff, lots of books to choose from (and you can order in from other libraries if they don't have something)...the library has helped us so much in our new homeschooling adventure. Thanks!
