Boss Dawg BBQ

I found the perfect place for lunch following yesterday’s all day tailgate and victory over the University of Texas! If you’re looking for delicious comfort food, then Boss Dawg is the place. A quaint and laid-back establishment (indoor and outdoor dining) with incredibly kind & attentive wait staff. Is a place you should try. My lunch consisted of fried chicken, green beans, mashed potatoes & gravy, garden salad, roll and sweet tea all for under $18. Boss Dawg BBQ exceeded my expectations. I suggest you give it a try Go DAWGS!!!!

BBQ is a ”top three” food for me. I seek BBQ out when I’m in BBQ country ( Texas, Kansas, Tennessee, Georgia, and even Florida). Boss Dawg BBQ does not disappoint. In my opinion the sides & drinks are equally as important as the meat. It’s the whole plate that matters. First, I LOVE the brisket. My perfect dish is brisket with mac ‘n cheese on top and doused with their “Georgia” sauce. This dish is phenomenal and will most definitely cure ANY bbq cravings. Add in a sweet tea and it’s pure bliss. Since I’m a “will drive for outstanding food” person Boss Dawg BBQ is worth seeking out.

Boss Dawg is the best BBQ we’ve ever had. Our go-to is the brisket, but everything on the menu is delicious. The weekday lunch menu is so good too!! The staff is kind and helpful. We go there at least once a week and look forward to it!

I must admit......I was soooo wrong about this place!!!😂 The food was GOODT!!!! Very GOODT. Fries, Brisket, Smoked Chicken AMAZING!!!( Especially if you like lean brisket!)Ribs were good & seasoned but better with sauce tho👍🏾. DEFINITELY will be stopping by EVERY time I'm in the area. Your boi " Tha Ribologist" is out!✌🏾

The fried chicken was the best I have ever had in my life!! It was so amazing I had to ask how they made it. You can't do this at home - you need to come to Boss Dawg! It is absolutely worth your time. Everything I had was wonderful (collards, creamed corn, biscuit) but the chicken was truly exceptional. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the area. Thanks for a great meal and friendly service!
