Truly disrespectful in their business conduct. Our company connected with them to bring in two small coffee machines to be cleaned and descaled. I asked the owner if he knew what they would charge to do that work. He said they would have to look them over before he could make that determination... Fair, but still I was interested in a least understanding what the cost range might possibly be, because if it was too costly, then I would rather not waste his time or mine. He insisted that it would be a fair rate, but that he really wouldn't be able to provide an estimate until he had a chance to review the machines. So, no problem; we dropped them off. Please revise who you guys hire when it comes to transportation. One of your drivers cut me off in traffic and drove poorly almost causing an accident. Consider hiring people who know how to drive a car, or someone who's not as incompetent when it comes to decision making on the road. Jan 12th, at 4pm just so you guys know exactly who was driving I would pay money just to send this person to driving school
