8/3/24-Amazing food for a good price. Their regular size is really big and you can make 2 meals of it. The taste was good as well and they have different sauces that you can add at the end. They also have some additional snacks that you can get, like my mom got her favorite banana chips.
I couldn’t even try the food. I went in, ordered at the kiosk, and sat down to wait for my food. I waited for about 5 minutes until I realized that I didn’t hear anything happening. I looked at the counter, and noticed the person was sleeping with his head down on the counter. I was with someone and we tried to talk to him loudly (boarder line yelling at him), we tried to ring the bell by the door, and he did not wake up. We were worried, and noticed an employee in the back, and then finally got the attention of the employee in the back. Who then woke up the person who was sleeping. I requested for a refund to go back on my card, which he did not know how to do and he gave me a cash refund of $16. I got to my house and realized I paid $17.63, but it wasn’t worth going back and getting my f
The food was tasty and the service was fast. Ordering can be done at the kiosk instead of going to the counter. White rice and Korean noodles are served in all bowls. The kimchi is good. The sauces are not added to the bowls, but you can choose which sauce(s) you'd like to add to your bowl afterwards. There is a sign at the counter that gives you an idea of which sauce will taste good with which bowl.
We liked the bowls. They were filling and ready quickly. There was a kiosk to order but you could also order at the counter. The gentleman behind the counter didn't speak to anyone. It was very uneasy. The place was clean.
The staff at this place are some of the nicest and joyful staff at any place I’ve ever been. On top of the staff, the food is great! I loved everything about the bowl but the sauces were amazing!! I tried the LA bowl and it was delicious, I am looking forward to coming back and trying more of the options.
