Bootleg BBQ

This place used to be my absolute favorite place to eat, both the food truck and the Floyd location were incredible. I used to rave about their loaded fries and couldn’t get enough. I would get Bootleg every time I was in Floyd or I saw their food truck at a brewery. Unfortunately, the quality and portions have gone downhill. The Floyd location used to serve generous portions like the food truck, but earlier this year I noticed my order of loaded fries was only half the usual size. I thought maybe it was a fluke, and went back to the Floyd location a few weeks later and ordered the loaded fries again. However, the loaded fries again were half the typical portion. Food and service are always the best. It's outside so there really isn't much atmosphere. Every time I go to floyd I eat here. Loaded fries are great

We visited on a Friday night in early November 2024. There was a group before us when we arrived a group that were there about the same time we were and another that arrived as we were leaving. This was a one person show taking the orders and preparing all the food. She was absolutely amazing working with our indecisiveness in what to order. It was more like a food truck. We arrived intending to try the Outerspace restaurant but it was closed for the season. The other restaurants on the main strip were hoping so this was a little off the beaten path but we didn't have to wait. There was plenty of outdoor seating in a very eclectic area with the Outerspace restaurant. We loved it. Kids had a blast exploring the decorations while we waited for our food. There is a outhouse with fun lighting

Owner offered a sample of both the brisket and pulled pork. Both tasted sooooo good. Went with the brisket and it was delicious! Also added the chili which hit the spot on a cool evening. Great food and great service. In the area you must stop by!!!

Very disappointed today, we have been going to the food truck for months now and then today tops it off. The past 3 visits have been so bad, we give people the benefit of the doubt, maybe it was a bad day, but past 3 times, not again. The Nice BBQ sandwich has turned into a slider for the same cost! The ribs were mostly bones. I am not sure what has happened to the food and service but it's bad. We were going to get them next weekend for a large party, but no way now. The pictures do not lie. I really had high hopes for them.. I hope the owner sees the update, answering your question, blonde hair lady at lowes Friday, the other two times same lady, once at home depot and once at Denny's. The ribs were the 4ct for,$6 and if you see the pictures the bun is a lot smaller than the ones we had
