Bonsai Sushi Bar

We had a wonderful experience at Bonsai. The food was delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented every dish felt carefully prepared and high quality. A special thank you to Genesis, our server, who was absolutely lovely: attentive, kind, and always smiling, making sure we had everything we needed. Her service truly made the experience even more enjoyable and welcoming. We will definitely be coming back both for the food and the great service. Thank you, Bonsai, and thank you Genesis for such a lovely experience! 💛

This place is a sleeper. Don't let the outside appearance fool you. Very classy, clean and relaxing atmosphere. The menu variety will astonish. And the sushi is wow! Get the Bloody Mary to top off the perfect dinner!

I ordered the Crazy Coco and it was super sweet but our sever took the time to change it for me which was appreciated. The 2 appetizers were great. We had the edamame and the Toston Crab. My husband had the Seafood Caldereta, which was 10/10! I have to make a parenthesis here: we found a closed mussel in his dish which is usually a big no, and we brought it to the attention just to let the team know and they decided to remove from the bill the Crazy Coco drink which really wasn’t necessary but still appreciated! I had the Tokyo Roll which was 8/10. We will def come back! Our server was Genesis and she was great! We came with the idea that this place was just Japanese but there is definitely a fusion and a leaning toward Peruvian although not Peruvian. We also didn’t see their website/menu

Great experience overall! There was an excellent variety of sushi to choose from, and everything was fresh and well presented. The drinks were delicious and very well prepared. We truly enjoyed the atmosphere and will definitely be coming back.

Ken was outstanding. From the moment we sat down, he was attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making our experience great. He anticipated needs without being intrusive, explained menu items clearly, and kept everything moving seamlessly. Service like this elevates the entire restaurant. Ken is a clear asset to Bomsai, and we will absolutely ask for him again.
