Bojangles

Biscuit has a black spot which is mold. Was told that they would replace it. I asked for my money back and the management team argued with me that it wasn’t mold called me “honey” in a condescending tone. Awful service and an awful way to try and “fix” the situation. Won’t be back.

This place is right down the way from our house. The weekday morning staff is the best. We usually go through the drive thru with my 2 large puppies that also love the Borounds. The order is always fresh and correct and always super fast!

⭐☆☆☆☆ Disappointing Experience at Bojangles I was really let down during my last visit. The chicken biscuit tasted old and stale, like it had been sitting out for a while. What really concerned me, though, was the lack of basic food safety practices I noticed while waiting for my order. No one behind the counter wore gloves when serving food, scooping fries, or putting meals together. I also didn’t see anyone washing their hands before handling food. It made me question how clean the kitchen area might be. I love Bojangles normally, but this location really needs to improve its hygiene and freshness standards—I won’t be coming back until it does.

Very clean. Service was very good. They said “Have a nice day” to everyone who left. Nice touch. That goes a long way. You can tell this place is managed well. Food was fresh. I would recommend this place for sure.

This will be the last time I eat from this establishment. Last week was about the same thing with the sepremes meals we ordered. We chose the 8 piece family meal tonight. The chicken was good. The biscuits were just barley done. I'd rather have them this was than rock hard and burnt. My complaint really comes with the 2 sides that we ordered. There was a hard and dry spot in the potatoes. Not sure if something fell into them or it was just old food. The dirty rice was almost the consistency of the potatoes. It was overcooked. If the price is going to go up the quality of the food shouldn't go down. Also it just so happened that I didn't get a survey on this purchase either.
