Bojangles

Ordered chicken filet biscuit meal. They indicated when I got to the window they had to cook filets and it would take a minutes. Directed me in a parking space and they would bring it out. I sit and wait for over four minutes. Then had to wait for my in sweet tea. How can they not know they were running low on filets? This all points to poor management. Ever since Bojangles was brought out, the service is poor.

" sauce and sweet teas"..how hard is it to make sure all sweet teas don't end up unsweet. What about sauces? Not even 1 for our all 5 of our tender meals when we asked for them? Horrible.

Giving a 1 star because the rice gave my husband and sister food poisoning. My husband had some on 3/1/2026 and my Sister (and 1y/o niece) had it on 3/2/2026. I hope many people see this. DO NOT ORDER THE RICE. IT IS CONTAMINATED. YOU WILL GET SICK IF YOU EAT IT. Clarification: Its has been 2 days of bad rice that has made people sick. I pray Bojangles sees this.

A level of stupidity that’s hard to phantom. I order two bo-berry biscuits whenever I go there. It’s always $3.25. Today it was $3.46 because I asked that they be put in separate bags so I could drop one off to my 4 year old son on my way to work. I asked why the price difference. They explained that since they were in separate bags they had to ring them up as “individual” biscuits. Are you serious right now????? I can afford the $.21, but are you serious right now????? And the girl truly didn’t understand what I was saying when I said “it’s still just 2 Bo-berry biscuits”. This is the stupidity of this generation. 🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦🤦

This location is terrible. Went thru the drive thru, order was incorrect, had to go into the store 2 more times to get the right food. Got the food home and the chicken on the sandwich old, dried out and sad. Will not stop here again and remember why I stoppered going to this location.
