First time here, will return. The vanilla milk shake was perfect. The fries were generous and fresh, and my little hamburger was a lot of meat. Perfect

First time visiting the Rolesville location. Know it hasn't been open long. Very clean Was not busy at the time we went. We were the only customers. We have eaten at many different Fove Guys over the years. We ordered the hot dog with grilled onions, cheeseburger with lettuce and tomato and regular fries. Food was mostly normal as at other Five Guys-- except the hot dog was awful. Barely cooked, it was like they split it in half and threw it on the grill for about 1 minute. it on the grill then put it on a bun right frim the pkg. Also,there was only about 1 teaspoon (or less) of onions on the dog and they were not grilled either. Disappointment. We took our food home to eat, so I put the hot dog in the cast iron skillet to brown so I could eat it. But that kind of defeats the purpose of

Best Five Guys I've ever been to! The 'chefs' made sure my order was perfect and went the extra mile to give me exactly what I asked for. My burger and fries were cooked while I waited - which wasn't very long at all - maybe 6-7 min. After my burger was neatly packaged and placed into my bag the hot fried were poured on top - the small fry is FAR from small! Not sure I'll risk going elsewhere for a burger! Awesome addition to Rolesville!

I stopped by and had such a great experience, I had to leave a review. From the moment I walked in, the staff was super friendly and welcoming. They greeted me right away and were patient while I looked over the menu. You can tell they actually care about customer service, which is refreshing. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger with all the toppings, and it was amazing .. juicy, fresh, and cooked just right. The ingredients tasted high quality, and the flavor was on point. And don’t even get me started on the fries… hot, crispy, and they give you so many. Easily some of the best fries out there. The atmosphere was chill and casual, with good music playing and a clean, open space to eat. It felt like a spot where you could relax and enjoy your food without feeling rushed. Five guys is known for the amount of fries given but this store fell well short and even when questioned about it their response was something about new packaging. Spending $7 $9 for fries when its advertised to feed 4 and only getting enough to feed one was disappointing. I will not be going to the rolesville Five Guys again.
