Bojangles

This was the first time that I stopped here to pick up dinner. I typically stop at the next town over. I must say that this was a wonderful experience. The staff was great. They listened and didn't question putting my chicken back into the frier for 5 more minutes. They only questioned to clarify that's what I wanted. The sides were still hot when I got our meal home 👍👍👍 For all the tailgate loves like me. Stop by and avoid that long, long line in the next town.😊😊😊

Fast, Fresh, Friendly and hot! Very seldom does a restaurant check all of the boxes, especially with fast food. I asked for a Cajun filet with cheese on a light biscuit and hot fries (not recooked), and that's exactly what I received. This is a high volume location and this team is paying attention to quality and service. I've eaten at some locations that has much needed room for improvement, and I've been tonsome really good locations. This is likely the best location I've been to!

I visited the drive thru. Service was slower than expected. The food was good however the presentation left much to be desired. Not bad for a quick meal on the go.

I would normally give this restaurant five stars. I live in Goldsboro and travel to Raleigh quite frequently. I would rather eat at this Bojangles than any other location in the area. Lately when I purchase biscuit it’s hard or too dark. I recently had to call back to your establishment to get a biscuit replaced. (Thank you for your cooperation). I am assuming you have a new biscuit maker and they will improve with time. You are still my favorite location.

Its rare to find good genuine fast food with friendly staff nowadays. Food was surprisingly fresh! Im impressed with this location.
