Staff was very polite , there was a long wait for our food due to several large orders being placed and a request for fresh fried chicken. Not sure if this is a usual occurrence. But overall food was not bad. The sweet tea mix with lemonade was delicious.
My husband , sister and I decided that we wanted bojangles after shopping at walmart. We go through the drive thru , and the young lady was so rude and had so much attitude. Didn't even get our order correct, had to go back inside just to get more seasoning on our fries , then to change my drink out because it didn't taste right.
Went through the drive through- long line but it moved fairly quickly- great customer service from the young lady at the window. Food freshly prepared & accurate - A community favorite & very close to a major interstate
The young lady at the drive thru was so friendly and helpful, and she was patient too since this is my third time eating at a Bojangles. I really like Bojangles and especially their biscuits. I was craving for Bojangles yesterday, and was looking forward to eating there as I was driving closer and closer to the VA/NC border... 😋
Had to wait 15 minutes for a 3 piece chicken in the drive thru. The food was good.
