Bojangles

This location showed extreme care for their customers and utmost service, the manager Jackie is absolutely amazing and assisted with not only providing us with a top tier meal made to perfection but also with the flat tire that we pulled into the parking lot with. She helped me change my tire and gave the best service one could ask for. I’d recommend this location 1000 times over!

I went to this location this morning to get 2 BEC biscuits, 2 large fri, and a sweet tea. First off the AI at the drive thru was atrocious. It decided that I wanted 2 family size fries ($5 each) where a human would have asked me if that's really what I wanted. The ai did not give me a price and I wasn't informed of the total till I got up to the drive thru window. I then asked an employee to explain the cost, unfortunately they were not very much help. I checked my receipt when I received my food and the AI had ordered me 1 bec combo, with family size fries, added another family size fries, and added another biscuit. A human would have informed me that it would have been cheaper to get another combo. I then checked my food, well ..my fries were only half full and the biscuits were just luk

I have definitely left some bad reviews of places in my lifetime but not this time. Was it slow service yes. However the manager Sal and his coworkers were making the most of a short staffed situation. Attitudes were good and food was good. To the local Bojangles franchise owner. The folks that are actually showing up to work deserve a raise. They could easily walk out and work somewhere that is fully staffed but they are making you money.

I ordered a biscuit and gravy. Thats all. I was asked to pull forward as they were waiting on biscuits to cook. 6 mins. I waited nearly 30 mins before I called and asked what was going on. The manager said they didnt know I was sitting out there. I asked for my money back. Little over 3 bucks. Was told they could bring my food but no refund. I insisted on a refund. Was then told the general manager would be there this afternoon. I could call back. The manager told me...its not my fault we had to wait on biscuits to cook. Actually it is your fault. You forget you have customers and you don't monitor your inventory. How can you not know your getting low on the a main ingredient? What a joke. Plus their sanitary rating was a 94. Yeah..I know why. The counter girl taking orders has NO business handling customers. She was SO RIDE. Angry at the world type attitude. She have not greeting and since it was my first ever visit I asked what Bojangles sauce is, here response was "I don't know.". Three times! Then she rudely said "I don't know! I don't eat the food here!" Zero attempt was made to ask another employee, ask a manager or even offer for me to try it and if I don't like then I can ask for another sauce. When I finished ordering she just stood there looking annoyed. I had to ask if I get a receipt to which she rudely nodded her head to the right and said "you get it down there!".
