Bojangles

I haven't been to a Bojangles in years. My hubby wanted a couple of biscuits so we stopped by. I decided to try the chicken tenders and dirty rice. The chicken tenders were good, crispy on the outside yet tender and moist inside, but I absolutely loved the dirty rice! My only complaint was one employee came in, from I don't know where, and just started fixing chicken...

They have the new AI taking orders at the drive-thru so I ordered the grilled chicken and opted to make it a club. Price seemed off so before I paid I asked to make sure. Girl said it showed the club so I proceeded. Well as you can see I got a mayo filled half grilled chicken strip. Who eats this much mayo. Looked like the bottle top fell off when they was making this bs… never again!!!

I hadn’t been to a Bojangles in years, since I moved hundreds of miles away. I was on a road trip and decided to stop by. The cashier was friendly but not very patient with us, we needed time to really look at what we wanted and there was no one else in the restaurant in line but us. After I mentioned we were from out of town, he understood and changed his attitude. The food was delicious, same as it was years ago! Seating area was very clean and comfortable. Bathrooms were clean as well. I remember the supreme dinner included a drink years ago but I was told it didn’t anymore, oh well. Overall, a good experience. Couldn’t leave without getting those delicious bo-berry biscuits!

The manager was nothing but amazing we were headed back home to Birmingham and wasn't having a great day but she was exceptionally pleasant and ohhh the love she showed my grandson being he doesn't talk much I loved about her. She gave him shoes and a couple of toys that her baby no longer had use for. My grandson doesn't ever really hug me or show any type of affection she asked for a high five something we've not gotten him to do and he gave her two. She asked for a hug and he gave her several and smiled and even tried to speak out "spiderman" which was big for me. Keep her she's doing your company well. Great job ! 👍🏾

I have to brag on the Madison, GA location!!! They are always personable and helpful, food is always delish, hot, and fresh... and the whole store... including the bathrooms are always super clean. Thanks yall. This is the only bojangles I go to anymore.
