Bojangles

The guy working the drive thru is very nice and this is not anything to do with him. However my fries were so burnt that they were inedible no potato left in them how are you serving that to anyone is a joke. The supreme dinner with no biscuit second time that’s happened in a month. Get it together just horrendous

This Bojangles used to be the best within Craven and Carteret counties. Now its the worse. The dirty rice is always overcooked, the biscuits are at times doughy, the fries hardly have any seasoning on them, and the chicken must be seasoned differently because it tastes kind of plain. It still has a little spice to it but to seems to be missing something.

I ordered bacon, eggs, and a biscuit. Why did it take three pieces of wax paper and two paper trays to serve me my food stacked on top of a plate? Or put another way, why did I have to unwrap my eggs from moist paper??? This was not to go, and I was standing right there for them to hand it to me. Why are you hiring people who find something so simple so hard? Update: Why am I being served chicken that's literally a third smaller than normal? Bojangles buys chicken by the pound and then sells it to customers by the piece. When did the chicken gets smaller Bojangles is still paying the same per pound price, but they are giving the customers less chicken for the same money...... Burnt sausage, really??

Hair in my biscuit. Definitely not mine. Almost ate it. I’m from out of town so I was attracted to the score cards in the windows out here and their rating was good but the first time we went they had no biscuits then this time they did but only 5 for the box (accepted a cinnamon twist instead). Got home, opened box, ate half then seen the hair in the middle. Wear hair nets… simple. Wear hair nets so stressed workers aren’t shedding all over the food.

After waiting 10 minutes for my drive thru ordered food, I had to leave without it. The car ahead of me did the same. Wish I could have gotten a refund, but who knows how long that would have taken. Don't let them get you to pull ahead!!
