Bojangles

Ordered 5 finger snack at 6:30…was asked to pull up to line and wait…which we did for close to 10 mins. When we got home we had 5 little nearly burnt pieces and no biscuit. Why is it too hard to serve 5 fingers and a biscuit at the dinner hour with 10 mins to work on it and without the screw ups? They had ONE other customer during our wait! This is just sad. We won’t be back. There’s plenty of other choices that are better…WAY better. Check out the photo below.

Too many “women” with long hair (tied back very loosely or not at all) working without a hair net,hat or visor. Doesn’t matter if manager or not hair restraints should still be worn to keep from getting a long hair in the food like happened to me this morning. Found a VERY LONG hair in my grand daughters gravy and biscuit instead of taking it back and getting it fixed properly I observed the workers and seen 3 females with long hair 2 of which had on no hair restraints and ones was very loosely tied back and then threw the food in the trash and went to Hardee’s. Do better Bojangles

This will be my second time trying to order breakfast from the Fultondale location. The first time I drove off because the lady on the drive thru speaker was very rude. She has No customer service at all. The second attempt she was still just as rude along with my Biscuit was ice cold fries were cooked hard and dry. Please change the person on the speaker ASAP!!! Food was completely inedible. Will never return 0 out of 10

Get a better selection of food no one just one thing. Cajun sauced flavored food period was what yall had to serve. Cajun biscuits/ burgers/ sandwiches Give us another flavor maybe the original? You might get better reviews if you turned things around a little bit maybe start with food and appearance, not just the employees but the building itself!

Today's date is December 4th 2025. I'm doing this review because it's past needed I'm doing this review because it's past needed. Bojangles in fultondale is absolutely outstanding.p I've been coming here for the past couple of months having my breakfast and the customer service is top notch the food is always fresh and delicious I have made it a habit to come here every morning. Everybody has great customer service in the inside but one of the employees stand out to me she comes up to me she asked me if there's anything that I need or anything she can help me with she's always polite when I walk in and when I leave out she's a young white female and she works the morning shift. Just want to give an especially thanks to her for all she do.
