Shanique and other staff were friendly, inviting, and quick to serve. Food presentation in accordance to pictured food seems misportioned. The steak in the picture was larger than the biscuit, but the one on my sandwich was smaller then the biscuit. The bathrooms need cleaned! The sink was dirty looking, the toilet looked like someone puked in it, and it stained it.

Ordered at drive/thru around 11:00 am. Was told to “drive around” and my order would be brought out. I waited 25 minutes….then I walked in. Several people waiting in line and complaining about slow service. One person left after the long wait. No acknowledgment from staff or apologies for slowness. Kitchen not clean. Staff not attentive to customer needs. I left without food and I’ll never go back to this location. Unacceptable service. Requested refund online….we’ll see where that goes…who knows. Entire staff should be replaced. Spent over 30 minutes waiting on a simple order - never again!

Ordered chicken plate, beans were kinda stale, dirty rice didn't seem fresh either but wasn't bad, just not that great. Chicken fingers very small for their price but tasted really good. Peeps there very nice

As far as this chain is concerned, this location is very "middle of the road". There are better locations, and there are worse locations. The food is generally good and delivered fairly quickly, the staff is pretty nice, and the bathrooms are usually clean. They did forget cheese on one of my biscuits, but things happen. 🤷 I'd definitely recommend coming here over the McDonald's across the street, the food and atmosphere are both better, and you can tell the employees are running a tight operation.

Ran through the drive thru around 11:30 for lunch on a Friday. Placed order quickly, one car in front of me that was waiting for their order. Was asked to pull around and park. A friendly employee brought out my meal in a reasonable amount of time but forgot the drink and the order wasn't in a bag. I didn't open my meal until I got back to work and realized I only got 3 strips instead of 4. The fries were not very fresh and I received the wrong dipping sauce. The Boberry biscuit was good. I plan to give it another try in the future.
