Bojangles

Food is decent when you get what you order for. If you order 8pcs of chicken you'll get 6. The large family sides seem more like an extended small. If the intention is to feed a family of 4 with an 8pc family meal, good luck, everyone is going to still be hungry. I don't blame the portion size on the store itself, but the fact that they can't count is on them. I even contacted corp via the survey, asking for a call back, and have yet to receive one. If I ever go back, I'll be sure to check my box prior to leaving to make sure I got everything. I'm giving the food 3⭐ because I didn't get everything I ordered for.

I ate in here with my boys the other day food was good but fries have way to much salt!!! Also the the tables are way to small. Where constantly knocking into each others tray. And lastly the toilet paper dispenser was on the ground!!

Do Not Enter!...We stopped our trip for a quick bite. The fact that it wasn’t busy should have been a clue. The bathrooms were undesirable. The room door did not want close & had to be shoved which gave slasher vibes. The stall in a post lunch rush maybe forgiving for being a little dirty but not that petri dish. There was more water coming out of the bottom of the faucet than the top. The servers were in idle mode. It can stated that I wrote this review faster than I was served. The drive thru is the way to go to avoid the stench of burning coffee at the self-serve area.

Went for dinner with my son tonight. The entitled heavy set girl working the drive-thru, lost my receipt before I even paid, we all make mistakes so it was not a big deal. After paying I was asked to pull up to the door due to them waiting on fresh chicken, again not an issue as I completely understood. I waited for roughly 20mins for the food I had ordered and during that time, multiple cars had already ordered and gotten their food, while I was still waiting. I ended up having to walk in and ask if my order was forgotten due to the excessive wait. The girl that was working the drive-thru started getting an attitude and talking trash about me to her coworker. This was the best tasting bojangles i have been too. Crisp food and biscuits, not over or under cooked. They did forget the cheese on my sandwiches. Also the staff was more interested in goofing and talking then serving. But they were friendly.
