Bojangles

My husband and I had a quick breakfast before work, and the service was exceptional. The two women who worked there went above and beyond our expectations. The food looked so good, it could have been featured on a commercial! I truly appreciated their genuine interest in our order and their willingness to accommodate us to the best of their abilities. When I asked for a dark biscuit, they actually put it in the oven for me. I’ve never had such attentive service from any Bojangles. I had to call them up the road to express how amazed I was, because it was heartwarming to see people genuinely take pride in their work. That’s a rare sight these days. Thank you, ladies! It really made my day ☺️.

Stopped here while traveling. Inside is so run down, even after they "clean" there is obvious built up dirt on the corners of tables and the chairs so nothing is really clean, you might as well eat on the concrete outside. You cant sit in the dining room without the manager yelling thru the dining area at her employees instead of walking out from behind the counters to talk to them. There was no soap in either bathroom, so they probably aren't washing their hands. I had them give me a box and I gave my meal to a homeless man outside. I do not recommend eating here if you care about cleanliness. Workers weren't rude but they have zero customer service and ignore you. They obviously hate their jobs. Shut this location down.

First of all the ai takes my order so if I said everything correctly to it why did i I not get the correct condiments? This place has a i don't care attitude and workers just getting a check. Food high so of course I want mines correct. Ordered Bo Bites and they gave me the oldest ones ever actually wanted a whole refund but decided to just get some more Bo Bites.

The lady with the pink short wig working the register is absolutely rude. No hey how you doing have a great day or nothing. Customer service is horrible and the food cold and old.

The service there last night was terrible. The lady who i guess was working the speaker was absolutely impatient with me and kept rushing me to the next window. The store only had white meat which I believe is absolutely absurd especially if there's still an hour before close. They need to learn how to do their job and not rush customers. Terrible service.
