Bubba-N-Frank's Carrollton

I've driven pass this place 100 times. Finally decided to try it out. Large dinning room. Friendly staff. Had a half-slab of Ribs, baked beans, corn on the cob and hushpuppies. When I got my plate my eyes opened wide because I had never seen half-slab so big and full of meat. It was tender and full of flavor. The sauce wasn't overwhelming either. The Corn was juicy and buttery. Baked beans were just right for a BBQ Joint. The hushpuppies were topped notch. I highly recommend this spot!

My wife and I just moved into the area and went into Bubba n Frank's yesterday in Carrollton and was overwhelmed with the size of the menu. The young woman behind the counter was soo nice and gave us a rundown of the menu and also let us know her favorites and answered any questions we had. So we ordered to go and the customer service while waiting was fantastic to anyone that came in. We even got thanked by at least 3 different people from the kitchen when we were called up to pick up our order. We ordered the fish tacos which my wife loved, I had the catfish entree and some honey garlic wings, they were all very good. Will definitely be back and can't wait to try other items off the menu. The price was really good too compared to a mission bbq type place because you get sides and a drink

I tried both styles of barbecue and enjoyed them both I was also glad to see they have okra I'll definitely eat here again

The food was beyond wonderful. The mac n cheese even pleased my picky eater child. The Brunswick stew was delicious, and I'm not a big Brunswick stew fan. The chicken and dumplings had a really good flavor, but a little too salty for me. We also tried the brisket Philly and that was very tasty. My catfish sandwich was very flavorful and perfectly cooked. And the customer service was also very impressive. The young lady behind the counter was friendly and smiley. The young man working the dining area was also very respectful and friendly. It's rare to find a restaurant that has great food and service. We will definitely be back!

Would rate the food higher but it's a bit pricey. I would absolutely recommend!
