Bojangles

The smallest chicken fingers I’ve ever seen. The fries were over fried and cold. The chicken sandwich was overcooked and hilariously tiny. Plus that robot rapid ordering voice they use? Never coming here again!

I stopped by while traveling for work and, unfortunately, the experience was underwhelming. The customer service could have been much better—staff didn’t seem very attentive or welcoming. Additionally, the food didn’t taste fresh, which was disappointing. I was hoping for a quick and satisfying meal during my trip, but this visit didn’t meet expectations.

I mentioned to the manager that it was chilly in the restaurant. She said that she would see what temperature the air conditioning was set on. IT WAS ALREADY COLD OUTSIDE. WHY WAS THE AC ON?! There will be less and less customers coming into the restaurant. My steak biscuit was luke warm at best,.as well as the bo rounds. They were no where near hot. Another question that should be added to the list before is "how long we had to wait for our order to be taken. We normally always have to wait because there is only one person up front doing everything. Then the next person has to wait.

Completely ignored me at the front and then kept saying someone would be right with me instead of just taking my order. No one was in the drive through line or in line inside. Employees were yelling at each other to take my order instead of just walking over and taking an order for 1 person. I’ve worked in restaurants for 8 years and i’ve only ever walked out of somewhere one other time and this makes the second.. embarrassing

Laughable service, had to ask twice for someone to take my order and nobody would come so I had to try the drive through a 2nd time! Absolutely unacceptable this place should be shut down.
