Customer Reviews
This is a family favorite every time we’re up in North Carolina, especially for breakfast. The biscuits are consistently flaky and buttery, and the Cajun chicken filet has the right amount of heat without overpowering the biscuit. Chicken tenders were hot and crispy, and the BoRounds are always a must, simple, well-seasoned, and addicting. Service was great and the food came out exactly as expected. Bottom line: a reliable breakfast stop we actively look forward to and keep coming back to.
Food was good and hot. Drive through was backed up and inside was slow as well, did not appear that they had enough people working. The girl doing the register seemed to also be tending to.thw drive through as well.
The service was quick and our food came out fresh. The servers were also very kind.
If I could get less The one star I would, waited in line like everybody else ordered. My food was told to pull over to the side and my food would be right out, after just shy of 20 minutes, I drive back through the line asking why all these people that came after me are getting their food and driving off. I ordered a simple 12 piece. The man that answered said and I quote. We're just waiting for dark meat. Nobody else has ordered any dark meat. That's funny cuz I've seen quite a few people leave with big boxes of food.
First time in a Bojangles and I didn't enjoy it here Had some chicken "supreme" sticks as a meal. The chicken strips were okay but a little cold The fries tasted like the potatoes they were made from had undergone starch retrogradation, where the amylose molecules had started to realign, giving the fries a crystalline texture-yuck My wife had some sort of chicken in a bun. She asked for no pickles but got pickles and felt bad the rest of the evening and the whole of the next day. Her breath also smells of corpses I won't be going back to Bojangles
