Bojangles

This was my first visit to Bojangles. We stopped for lunch as we traveled through North Carolina. Great customer service!! Everyone was so friendly! And the food… delicious!! And those biscuits… oh my!! The best!!

my husband went through the drive through and orders 2 sausage egg cheese biscuits and a steak biscuit combo. as he was starting to order the young man in the drive through taking orders rudely interrupted him. service was extremely slow. they were not busy, when he gets home the biscuits are falling apart where they just threw them together and threw them in the bag. the papers they were wrapped in super greasy. the food was fresh and hot BUT the order wasn’t correct. we had 2 steak biscuits( not what my husband wanted) and 1 sausage egg and cheese

Horrible place, the guy at the window was disrespectful about getting my order wrong and when i told him to just take it off he refused and insisted on fixing it and changed his attitude but then he has me say it over again and i pull up to wait and the manager brings my food out and was quick to turn around and all i had to do was look in the bag and see that it was wrong again so i told the manager and then when i got what i ordered it was cold. Smh

I love Bojangles, but this one was bad. The food tasted good, but the service and atmosphere were terrible that day. This is how an individual serving of Mac and cheese was served. It was packed in the wrong size container, and there were approximately 3 "sporks" full.

This Bojangles is always busy!! And the lobby is always full of old people who have nothing better to do but to stare at everybody that comes in and gossip about nothing. The food prices are higher than most other Bojangles. Not sure why, because it's in the middle of nowhere.
