Bojangles

Placed an order for some biscuits last night. I was told there would be a four minute wait. I said that's fine. About 2 minutes passed before I reached the window, then was told to pull up to wait. After about waiting 10 minutes, I pulled back around to the drive thru and asked if they were ready. Turns out they hadn't even been put in the oven. I was the only customer, absolutely no one else there. They still couldn't manage to fix my food. WOW!

Dining area was very clean. Customer service was above average. I got the nine piece bow bite and they were fairly fresh and juicy. I wanted a side of coleslaw and was surprised that it was three dollars for such a small portion. They have Pepsi products which I like.

I don't come to Bojangles that often, but I was really disappointed with my recent visit. The food was started 40 minutes after I ordered it! Still waiting on it at 6:43 after placing the order at 6! Seriously, waiting this long for fast food? The place wasn't even packed maybe 4 people in-front of me. Haven’t even gotten to try the food yet but the ridiculously long wait ruined the whole experience already. I might stick to my usual spots from now on. SMH…

Haven't been here in a while and decided to stop by this morning. I got to the drive thru window and when the lady opens the window she let's out a big sigh and then my total. No greeting but a sigh as if you don't want to serve customers. Gave me my card back didn't say a word, I asked for jelly, handed me a pack then "BAM" the window closes. Teenagers are usually the ones with the attitudes, but this woman was 50 plus. Do better!

Me and my father wanted some chicken, so I went and ordered an 8 piece family meal, for starters the lobby was closed and it was drive thru only. I placed my order I wanted Mac and dirty rice and fresh chicken. I was informed they were out of macaroni and that the chicken just came up and it was handed to me in a bag, I got home the mash was nasty tasted like hot water and the chicken was old especially my favorite parts which are legs and thighs I paid around 30 dollars I wish I would have went some where else
