Bojangles

Ordered on the app yesterday and husband drove almost an hour to pick up order. Ordered the family feast meal that had 8 pc chicken and 12 supremes, 3 sides, biscuits and sweet tea. We love Bojangles and this store had always been very good with great service. NOT ANYMORE! Husband waited at the store for more than 20 minutes after arriving. When he got home with food, there was no biscuits, no gravy for the potatoes, and no wings, they had put in legs. On top of that, the chicken pieces were almost unrecognizable and had no meat on them, one of the breasts had the neck still attached. The chicken supremes were just a little over an inch long. This was ridiculous and unacceptable. We will go to Popeyes next time.

Decided to buy my dept breakfast this morning. Went to the drive-thru and ordered 12 chicken biscuits fully prepared to be asked to pull up. Got to the window and they were hustling and handed my food in less than 2 minutes. Food was great nothing forgotten and gave a huge bag of jelly.

The biscuits are good and the prices are right. They also have someone come around and check to see if you need any coffee or drink refills, condiments, etc. Nice to have the personal service in a fast food restaurant. Bowery biscuits are delicious!

Bojangles is consistently delicious chicken. They also have great fries. Prices are very reasonable - 2 piece dark meat with 1 side and a biscuit for $8.16 with tax. This location in particular is great because of the people. There was an older gentleman walking around handing out free mini blueberry biscuits with icing that were awesome! The gentleman himself is a treasure, and made my day.

Was in a hurry. Stopped by on my way to work on 10/28 and was happy there was no line. Ordered a kids meal (wasn’t too hungry) and everything was great!!! Fries were hot and fresh and the biscuit was hot and buttery. Chicken supremes were nice and tasty. Highly satisfied. The fine staff got me in and out quickly and made it to work in a timely manner. Thank you all so much.
