Bob's Burgers & Brew Birch Bay

Consistently Great Food & Friendly Service at Birch Bay Bob’s. We’ve been here multiple times and have never had a bad experience! The food is always delicious, and the service is super friendly—they were especially great with our two kids. This time we had the seafood platter (so good!), the hot honey crispy chicken sandwich with to die for potato salad, and our kids shared the kids burger with leftovers to spare. The coconut margarita and Hugo spritz were both fantastic. It’s the perfect spot to hit after a fun beach day, with easy parking and a relaxed, welcoming vibe. Highly recommend!

Food was okay, but the service was terrible. Ordered a burger well done, came raw. Informed the waitress, they just reheated it. Ask for it to be remaid, the manager became very rude, like it was our fault the food was not made right, and pretty much ignored for the rest of the night. Then it took almost 20min for the burger to come out. The cherry on top was the manager had comped the burger on our bill, but because we ask for them to remake it, she re charged it to the bill. And left the comp and recharge on the bill for us to see it. We were not expecting it to be comped, but to comp it and add it back on seems spiteful.

We tried Bob’s Burgers & Brew for the first time while in the area for work, and it was a great experience. We ordered Bob’s Bonanza Burger and a Crispy Chicken Salad. The burger was delicious, and the yam fries we got as a substitute were excellent. The salad was fresh and tasty too. We sat outside in the courtyard, which was peaceful and added to the experience. It also seems like a dog-friendly spot, as we saw a guest with their dog dining outside. The service was good, and the portions were generous. Overall, a lovely visit!

We have been going down to Bob’s burger each time we got to the States. Love the food. The burgers are amazing. Wife and I love the Hawaiian burger. Patty is cooked to perfection, love the Jo Jo’s. The fish and chips were also absolutely Delish! Our server (I think her name was Ariana) was absolutely amazing. She was very friendly and quick . Can’t wait to go back again
