Bobby's Treat Shop

This place is great, food is excellent, serving size is correct for what you pay. I usually eat breakfast here when I get to Douglas for work. Staff is very friendly and helps you with menu choices Definitely a great breakfast and lunch spot to eat at .

I really wanted to enjoy lunch at Bobby's today, but didn't expect to not get what I ordered and pay for more than what I got. I tried to call them three times and no one would pick up the phone so I could report my issue so instead will be leaving this review. Be sure to check you're food thoroughly before you leave the restaurant area. I made the mistake of driving all the way home (20 mins) then realizing that the three Bacon Double Cheeseburgers I ordered had no Bacon on any of them. I was very unhappy about it as were my kids to say the least. I would expect this from the other fast food burger joints in town, but not Bobby's. I guess I was wrong. I'm normally tough on my restaurant reviews, but I have absolutely nothing negative to say about Bobby's Treat shop. The service was by far the friendliest I've encountered. I mean, when have you seen every single employee smiling and enjoying their job, so refreshing! The "fast food" was served quickly and tasted fantastic; so much so, that one would not think it's fast food. The Bobby's baby burgers are small but loaded with flavor, I highly recommend. Salads was fresh with a larger variety of veggies. The restaurant was exceptionally clean during my visit, which again, is a welcome change from the norm. If you're a local or just passing thru, I highly recommend you stop by.

A true southern dining experience. There’s not much too the dining room or counter design wise. However, their staff are impeccably hospitable, wise on the menu, and the portions make sure you don’t leave hungry.
