Fantastic experience! I didn't ask the young lady's name, but she's from Muenster. Anyway, the customer service was 10/10. I wish that level of time, attention, & care was the "norm" everywhere. She explained everything for me since I've never been before. Then as I'm building my cup, the strawberry syrup lid came off and poured ALL over my hand, arm, foot, and of course the floor. She was so sweet! She immediately apologized, grabbed my cup, and directed me to the sink in the bathroom, even turning on the lights for me. When I came out I realized I still had syrup on my shoe and had tracked some on the floor. I started wiping it up and like any good service worker, she almost panicked telling me, "No, no, no. You don't have to do that. Ill take care of it. Really." Needless to say, I f

Really great ice cream place. Super friendly staff and tons of choices. Both hard ice cream. Soft serve and frozen yogurt. Lots of toppings. The color changing spoons just top off the great experience. My coconut ice cream was terrific.

Yum yum yum. So glad we stopped by here for some froyo and blue bell ice cream. I’ve never seen cotton candy blue bell but it was amazing. The service here is excellent and everyone is super friendly. Prices are great and you can get samples!

Just visited and the tapioca in my brown sugar milk tea is way overcooked and crumbly with zero flavor, then the milk tea its self tastes like boiled kettle water. Would not recommend in the slightest.
