Bob Evans

We were welcomed in a very rude manner. The waitress threw the straws on the table and did the same with the bread. There were two hairs found in two of the four plates. We tried to ask the waitress something, but she had her back turned to us and ignored us. We received the bill before we even took our first bite. We paid the bill in cash, but the waitress accused us of not paying. The cook then followed us into the parking lot accusing us of not paying. Worst experience.

Pleasantly surprised with our local Bob's in the past few months. Great day manager, more seasoned servers and new menu choices. Visit today was excellent all around. Chicken Salad plate is back! 😋

Came in after the reopen and service was terrible. They first just had people standing in the entey way so the servers could catch up. Then, after we were seated. We waited 45 minutes and had only received water. People had also started to get their food before us so we went to ask our server and all she would say is sorry and that she would go ahead and just cancel our order. Which means they hadn't even started cooking our food. Terrible! Will never go back to Wilmingtons Bob Evans.

I placed a takeout order expecting a simple, well-prepared meal, but was met with a series of frustrating issues. I ordered a salad specifically requesting no corn, yet it arrived with corn mixed in. My grilled chicken was supposed to have extra BBQ sauce, but it came completely dry. The rolls were so hard they were inedible, and the lettuce in my salad was visibly rotten. This experience was far from the quality I would expect from Bob Evans. When ordering takeout, customers trust that their food will be prepared correctly—unfortunately, this visit missed the mark entirely. Needless to say, I won’t be returning or placing another order. I hope management takes a closer look at their food preparation and quality control, because it could make a big difference for future customers. Photo

Food was meh, sausage links were slimy and the Patty's were dry and burnt. Undercooked cheesy potatoes. This is not a location we will go back to.
