Bob Evans

We visited Bob Evans for brunch on February 22 and left with mixed feelings. Let me start with the positives: the ambience was genuinely impressive, easily better than 90% of restaurants in Southern Maryland. I loved the wood paneling, large windows, cozy booths, and even the covered benches outside. Compared other restaurants like IHOP and Boomerangs (my absolute favorite in the area) the interior here is more homey and inviting. Unfortunately, the biggest issue was the service. No one was rude, but it felt like the staff was simply going through the motions. There was very little energy or attentiveness. We ordered scrambled eggs with home fries on one dish and sunny-side-up eggs with hash browns on the other, and both plates came out with scrambled eggs and hash browns. We had also as

The fish fry was excellent and the Rise & Shine burger was equally delicious. The restaurant was very clean. The food came out hot, fresh and fast.

Great establishment. I’ve taken all my grandchildren here for breakfast. I particularly appreciate the consistency at each of their locations. Food is always delicious every single time. Came back on March 1, 2026 and brought the kids again. Alex was our server and we all were just thrilled with the service he provided this demanding bunch. Special thanks to him 🙏

We always stop for breakfast when we're in the area. I love the 2 biscuits an sausage gravy for $6.99 how can you argue that! Delicious again as always. Our server was very efficient an wonderful personality. We had 8 people an she got everyone's order correct an she was fast an also came back to check on us several times to make sure everything was good an if we needed refills. We will return next time we're in MD an it will be the same Bob Evans!!! Never had a bad time here and food was always very good!

Our server, Dakota was amazing! He was friendly and personable, kind and on top of it! The food was also spectacular, my eggs were perfectly over easy and the gravy had so much flavor! The cook did fantastic as well! Kudos to Dakota and the cook on duty, sadly, near the end our server had to be switched and this girl and she all but ignored us and we waited 15 minutes until she gave us our bill, and when we went to the front, this other little girl was moving around cash registers and she didn't know what she was doing. The front staff needs help but our server, was phenomenal.
