I went here to eat with my son this morning, the waitress was very kind and then when the food came she accidentally dropped my food and everything went all over us. My son’s food was fine and I told him he could eat. The waitress did apologize multiple times and even the guy sitting by us tried to help he was very kind also. I didn’t mind it at all because I have been there myself before (I have been a waitress and I have done management also) and things happen. I told the waitress she was fine and it happens and it’s no problem I gave the waitress a tip also when me and my son left the restaurant. Bob Evan's is one of our regular traveling stops. This location was very clean and was staffed with a friendly crew. We ordered breakfast and between the two of us we had of eggs, bacon, sausage patties and pancakes which we enjoyed. Overall the atmosphere was very pleasant, coffee was kept hot. We will add this as a planned stop on our next trip.

I ordered a 3 meat bowl and the only thing that was edible was the eggs. The onions are just charred slivers. There’s so much char in everything it just tastes burnt. It’s quite disgusting. I’ll be calling for a refund.

Let me begin by saying that my waitress was kind and worked hard. As I waited at the front station for well over five minutes, I finally overheard someone tell another customer that they were super busy. Then someone greeted me but not before several people walked to and from the kitchen looking at me in line without saying "someone will be with you soon" etc. The waitress made suggestions for my breakfast, which was helpful. My meal arrived and I first noticed the eggs seemed more like An Egg instead of two eggs. When I asked, "Is this one or two eggs?" I was assured it was two. Small eggs??? Normally, everything is good here, albeit slow. Restaurant did not seem busy at all. I'd placed my order online hoping to avoid chaos. Imagine my surprise to a seemingly slow restaurant, no greeting, and my food sitting there. I'll think twice next time.
