Bob Evans

I was reluctant at first to come,be cause my last experience with bob Evans wasn’t a great one a couple of years ago. However, it seems like things have changed for the better and the food quality was amazing. There was a black gentleman from the back of house,who helped serve customers.he was really polite, attentive, and super fast. Our server was great, I believe her name was Lisa.&when I paid,The black lady with the pretty cat woman claws (pink long nails)was very nice as well lol!!

The breakfast food tasted familiar and like home cooking. I was disappointed in the biscuits since they were burnt, dry, and cold. The bacon was extremely crispy which was nice and the eggs fluffy. I also didn't think the French toast had much flavor. Really nice lady working there though who made our visit nice.

I’ll be honest, this was my first time at Bob Evans and I must say I’m sure glad we chose to go. My wife and kids have been before and seemed to like it. The kids were given an option based on what was open and they chose this place. The staff were friendly, polite, and attentive. We were there around 7:30 in the morning and there was only 1 waitress for a handful of tables but she kept up with everything quite well. Our food came out in a very acceptable time considering how many tables were ahead of us. Our waitress Payton was awesome! Glad we went!

I just ate at this Bob Evans and my server Kyann was horrible, not to bash her because she may have been dealing with alot mentally but her customer service skills are terrible! She possibly gave me the worst service I've ever encountered at a restaurant! She brought out my breakfast damn near 15 mins apart from my toast and pancakes....almost to thr point that I didn't want it.....she didn't even have the professionalism to see if we were good after dropping the food off....I dont want to see her reprimanded but a little course correct and training is completely necessary! Food as usual was excellent but the environment was cold, had to keep my jacket on during my entire visit.

We had a disappointing meal this time. Service was very slow so the food sat under the heat lamps for awhile. I’m hoping it’s not the norm here now. Hopefully it was just a slow time and a temporary short staffed issue. If not they won’t survive.
