Boaz Water & Sewer Board

Will go through hell and high water to disconnect but god forbid they need to fix anything or change a meter or even more so pick up the garbage that they forgot. Tax money well spent and I can just about bet the water quality isn’t what they say it is.

Paid bill on time for year since I bought my home. Forgot to pay one month, didn’t receive one notification for the bill being late. 2 weeks later decided to just ride by house and cut it off. Had to pay a $98 bill for a disconnect fee plus the bill. Ridiculous that a service provided by the city will gouge you when they get the chance.

Will not work with you at all simply because they don't care. They also need someone better to assist customers to answer their phones. At least someone who seems to care just a little. Maybe someone who enjoys doing their job.

NO phone number for water outages. Main number doesn't have voicemail. 3 day weekend & I wake up to no water...guess I have to wait until Tuesday til I have water?? This is insanity. Not at all impressed.

RUDE!! Poor customer skills. The man that answered the phone this morning should not be taking calls!!!! Update.. Took them all day. I watched them work today slowly and sitting in their truck at my house laughing. Unprofessional. Boaz deserves much better.
