Blue Moon Bistro

The food was absolutely delectable. The flavors were perfectly paired between the entree and sides. And Judy made all my dessert dreams come true mixing and matching different pieces of their menu. Highly recommend!

We had an extraordinary time at Blue Moon. We came in within an hour of close and there was one table left in the restaurant. The host was super sweet and got us situated right away. Our server was knowledgeable and lovely. She gave great recommendations and timely service. The food was incredible. We are big foodies and really picky when leaving reviews. This was one of the best experiences we have had in a long time. The tuna was able to be made just seared or cooked all the way through. My seared tuna over smashed sweet potatoes was perfect. My daughter had the French onion soup and oysters which were exactly what she was craving. The dessert Pecan Tree cocktail was exquisite, not too sweet. Blue Moon is a true gem In Beaufort. The staff was incredibly warm and friendly. The food was exquisite. We sampled the foi grass, fried green tomatoes, and the fried oysters on blue cheese rice. We honestly could not come to a conclusion on which was best. The Tender Elk was my favorite entree with Shrimp Etoufe coming in second. Lovely place to wind down your evening, enjoy a wonderful meal and beautiful cocktails.
