Blue Matisse

Big change for the worse since our last visit. New configuration so the restaurant is closed off. The bar is moved. The happy hour isn't - two hours of lobby seats while the VIPs are in a different area with more options. Oh yeah it's Pay by Phone for psrking... I miss the good old days of Bkue Matisse...

Absolutely amazing food and staff. The workers are so attentive. German was our server and was the nicest to us during our stay and served us every day that we ate there. Jose the manager was so kind, and it just spills out to the rest of the staff here. The breakfast buffet is delicious! Everything is kept so clean, we were so impressed. Love this place and would stay here every time!

TLDR: 5-Star Service! The absolute best staff! Quality food with lots of breakfast options (even for vegetarians). Staying at the hotel long-term while traveling for my job, and, of my years of travel, this has been the best hotel restaurant experience. I cannot stress enough how excellent the staff at this place is -if you want to find people who treat you like neighbors, this is it. I come nearly daily for breakfast and am often served by German or Juan Pablo who are the earth’s best waiters - genuine, attentive, and kind. Mazzie, Cynthia, Carolina, Cecilia, Wellington, Gabriel, Bostone - the entire crew is a blessing. Biggest news - even as a vegetarian, I love the range of food at the breakfast buffet - I’ve been here a month, and I’m not bored!!Round of applause to whoever is making

Stayed at the Intercontinental for 7 days and went here everyday. It’s a great straightforward spot and the service is on point. Bostone was an amazing server and I recommend checking this spot out.

The restaurant is beautiful and the staff is lovely and so kind and helpful. Juan, Maria, German, Angela, and Wellintong were the best would definitely come back. I got the fettuccini and it was divine all the food is great the buffet has amazing dessert options. There is something for everyone would definitely come back.
