There's a quote on the door from the book of Leviticus. Makes me think the owner is a wishy washy Christian who picks and chooses Bible vs. I don't feel like they be stoning anyone to death or keeping child slaves even though tboth of those things are commanded in Laviticus as well... The food was good. Not great. I won't choose to go here, but if someone else chooses I'll go back. The building has low ceilings and is super echoey. It's not a pleasant feeling. Our server had a bit of an attitude but she seemed to chill out as the dinner went on. Overall 3 stars. It's an Okay place.

Apparently I looked at the wrong website menu. It has been changed since I last ordered a red petit Jean chili dog. What a got was NOT a red petit Jean weiner, it was brown and with not a lot of flavor. The chili seemed to be straight out of a can.?? It had beans in it. Who puts chili with beans on a hot dog? It was okay but I’ll not go back. Staff was very nice, so I’m not rating them. But change your on site menu.??

This was a motorcycle trip through Arkansas west to Colorado. Location: 3/5: Busy area, lots of traffic, especially in the afternoon and dinner time. Hard to spot unless you are looking for a local diner. We were headed to Arby's when we saw Blue Diamond Cafe at the last second. Ambiance: 3/5: Fun and inviting atmosphere. Tables close together. No real motif or vibe going on except for old diner. Value for $$: 3/5: We had the mozz, tacos, and cheese curds for appetizers. All appetizers were finished off promptly. The Reuben sandwich was a hard NO for getting again..not for any price. Two of us got the Petit Jean Italian Dog...very tasty, very filling, and at a reasonable $7. The beef nachos were finished off, but would not be tried again if we are ever in the area, especially not for $1

We're in town visiting Petit Jean State Park. Stopped by here last night and was so impressed that we came back tonight. Last night we had fried green tomatoes as an appetizer (homemade). I had the BBQ sandwich (they cook their own BBQ-homemade) and my wife had the catfish plate. We shared a hot peach pie for dessert (homemade). Tonight we had deep fried mushrooms as an appetizer (pictured...Loved the homemade ranch dressing!!!). I ordered the chicken salad sandwich (homemade) and my wife had the shrimp plate (pictures of both). We topped off tonight's meal with the hot apple pie topped with butter/brandy sauce and cinnamon ice cream (pictured). Delicious! If you're in town, don't miss this place. The prices are very reasonable (less than $40 both nights...not including the tip), the serv
