Blimpie

I'm already a big Blimpie fan because their sandwiches are delicious. But the customer service here is also excellent! They very kindly helped me fix a mistake with my order (that was entirely my fault). I'm glad to give them my business!

The young men that work there during the day are so nice and helpful. I brought a small group in and we were treated with excellent customer service.

Hey, I love this place, but today I ordered a sandwich for my sister and it was missing multiple toppings. If you don't have the ingredients, just call me. We were looking forward to those pickles and banana peppers. I ordered ahead of time, so I feel there's no excuse.

Jim, the owner, is not only skilled beyond what I could’ve imagined or expected, but the combination of hospitality, tastefulness, and warmth overall has given me the opportunity to say this has been one of the best customer service experiences I’ve ever had and by far the best sub I’ve ever had!
